My Mom’s Lasagna

This time of year is incredibly busy for our family and between planning a family vacation, working full time and attending family gatherings, our schedules are booked leaving little to no time for cooking. I try to anticipate this busy season and fill my fridge with dinners that can be prepped ahead of time, frozen and kept on hand as a staple dish for our family to enjoy.

This year, my go-to meal has been my mom’s turkey lasagna.  This is a classic lasagna that she has made over the years and is one of our family favorites. It’s also an easy meal to bring to a potluck Christmas dinner or to have when relatives show up at your door.  They’ll never know you made it days in advanced!

I hope you all have a wonderful, easy and hassle free holiday season!
