Christmas Cheer

Christmas is almost here! Michael Buble’s Christmas music is playing in our house as we work on getting the stockings hung by the fireplace. Soon the twinkle lights will brighten the tree and a evergreen wreath with a red bow will hang on our front door—welcoming friends and family.

We’ve had such a warm winter so far that I don’t know if we’ll get snow, but you better believe I enjoy a warm scarf and jacket when I walk through the crisp air to check the mail. I love getting holiday greeting cards!

I love getting handwritten letters or brown packages any day of the year, but getting so many Christmas cards all at once only adds to the enjoyment of the season. Connecting with friends and seeing their family pictures always brings a smile to my face. I am hoping to make a eucalyptus garland Christmas display with the holiday cards this year.

Are you making a Christmas card this year? If so I wanted to share a new sight I’ve just discovered— Basic Invite! They have cards for almost every major life moment including weddings, showers, birth announcements, birth announcements, first birthdays, graduations and more. But they also have 400 Christmas card and holiday designs.

In my mind what sets them apart from other stationary companies is the almost unlimited colors. Once a design in selected you can change the color of each element of the card to over 180 different color options so you can make sure the card is exactly how you want it.

They also allow you the ability to print a custom sample of your actual invitation before placing your final order. You can feel the paper quality and see exactly how it will print. This is especially important to me because one year our cards printed off-centered. This insures that your card will be exactly like you want it.

Basic Invite also offers 40 different colors of envelopes. How fun would it be to have a bright red envelope in your mailbox? And if you are like me and can’t seem to keep track of people’s address you can use their address capturing service. This allows you to share a link on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any of your other favorite social media outlets to gather friends and families’ emails.

I can’t wait to mail our cards. Have fun making yours too! Use coupon code: holi30 to get 30% off you order at Basic Invite.
